Everyone in my family shares a Netflix account. Fortunately the only two people that really use it are myself and my younger brother (early double digits). At home the devices we all used most of the time didn't have the separate accounts function, and he used to watch every single cartoon/kid's show that was on there. So the recommendations were irreparably damaged, and the only way you'd ever find anything to watch was if you already knew what you were looking for.

Then I moved away for college. Now the devices I use have the account function, so I have an account all to myself. It was nice. ...then I started seeing shows popping up in my Recently Watched list that I hadn't watched. And there was a common trait among every new show that popped up: they all had either tits or asses in the thumbnail preview thing. My little brother started logging onto my account, which had no parental restrictions on it, instead of his, which did have restrictions, so he could act like any pre-teen and try to view any and all tits and/or asses he could. And I knew he was logging onto my account specifically for this because no cartoons or anything were popping up, only things with naked/half-naked ladies in them, so it wasn't an accident on his part. I knew my parent's would like to know about something like that, but it was doing me no active harm. So I let it slide.

Then he started watching his cartoons on my account. Nope, that crossed the line. "Yeah, hey mom, can you tell him to get off of my account? Yeah, yeah, probably an accident, I'm just seeing his cartoons showing up. Yeah, yup, thanks." You're going to have to find girly bits somewhere else, little bro, because you crossed the line here.
