You don't need an attorney, immigration in this country is easy (albeit slow) if you meet certain criteria. There are online resources that can help if you're confused but the process is pretty cut and dry.

I mean that's just a personal opinion. If comminging is what works for you and your wife then absolutely continue to do exactly that, but it is objectively wrong to apply your opinion to the billions of marriages on this planet and assume it will be right.

It's not just my opinion, if you don't trust your spouse then it's not a healthy marriage.

Look to the rise in prenups among Millennials and Gen Z. They go into marriage believing that they're likely to get divorced!
