I think it’s quite simple honestly. If you are attracted to trans women because they’re women and have feminine attributes, then you’re not necessarily gay. If you are attracted to trans women because of any masculine physical traits, including genitalia, then yes you might be gay.

Of course, it is much more complicated that just being gay or straight, as there is an entire spectrum in between and beyond. However, if it is a debate being being either straight or gay I’d say ask yourself what you find attractive. If it’s feminine traits, straight. If it’s masculine traits, gay.

(Again, I know there are other possibilities I’m only saying it’s either straight or gay because it seems like those are the two possibilities in question by OP).
