Need help finding an effective routine and diet that fits with a hectic schedule

How much time do you have during the days that you can work out? I have a similar issue and only have my lunch times to work out. After reading some about crossfit I decided to make a routine that takes roughly about 20 minutes and hits my entire body. Each exercise is 50 reps and there's only one exercise per bodypart. I basically do bodywieight workouts plus I use a kettle bell.

Looks like this:

Pull-ups Dips Kettlebell swings Underhand pull-ups Closegrip pushups (for triceps) Kettlebell squats. One leg calf raise. Abs

For kettlebell swings I use a 50lb kettlebell and with squats I use 125lbs. Basically, you pick a number of reps (I do 50) and do them as quickly as you can until you reach 50 reps. It's a hell of a workout and incorporates cardio as well as muscle building/ toning. I do this 3 days a week, either every other day or every two days depending on how my body feels (I'm 55 with some arthritis).

Anyway, that's what I do. Feel free to ask questions if you'd like. Either way, best of luck with your goals.
