Here is a wall of text that I've sent to a few peeps including Admins, and have decided to post.

AndrewinMelbourne is top mod here, he is inactive until it suits him... . After receiving a tempban for trolling today /u/andrewinmelbourne [-1] [-1] has taken it upon himself to suddenly and with no other reason than revenge or spite remove two Moderators of location based subs where he is top mod. Namely /u/quink [+5] [+5] and myself.

If reddit is happy to have communities that are run like subs such as /r/WTF, /r/Gonewild and other such classy subreddits, then I am very disappointed.

I have spent a lot of time building 'community' in /r/sydney, and to be removed by an inactive squatter out of spite is, to say the least, some what galling.

What follows is a previous message sent late January.

Dear /u/pinwale and /u/ocrasorm As you may or may not be aware, in /r/australia there were some big upheavals last year, culminating in the appointment of some new members to the Mod team after /u/andrewinmelbourne [-1] [-1] [-1] made the decision to remove all Mods under him without warning. He was removed from the Mod queue very soon after by the only Mod above him. After this I was invited to help Mod /r/australia. I also actively Mod /r/sydney where I am very popular both as a Mod and an active member of the community, this sub has /u/andrewinmelbourne [-1] [-1] [-1] as the top Mod, as does a 'couple' of others. At about 6.00am UTC yesterday, /u/andrewinmelbourne [-1] [-1] [-1] sent these messages to /r/australia Modmail after receiving a tempban: http://www.reddit.com/message/messages/2x0rk8 Given that Andrew has the ability to remove both /u/quink [+5] [+5] [+5] and I without reason, this is at the very least, blackmail. Also not the type of behaviour befitting the Moderator of any location based subreddit. Subreddits that are meant to be the 'front page' for that country, city, or town. I believe the Mods of location based subs should be, need to be, held to higher standards. This is copied and pasted from /u/quink [+5] [+5] [+5]'s draft, and the bold are edits by me. He has previously blackmailed /u/TheNossinator who dared ban him from /r/australia in a previous instance of abuse. And banned him for a period on /r/brisbane because Andrew received a temp ban on /r/australia from /u/TheNossinator . He has previously removed all other moderators from /r/australia on a whim, when he was in control of it. He has used alt accounts to break rules on /r/australia for which he had been shadowbanned by the admins (who reverted this). He has been virtually inactive as a mod on both /r/brisbane and /r/sydney other than banning/u/TheNossinator for purposes of blackmail. He has consistently broken the rules on /r/australia and has been a generally unpleasant person the past few months as his posting history and appearances on /r/subredditdrama will illustrate We humbly request that you, as admins, remove /u/andrewinmelbourne [-1] [-1] [-1] as moderator from both /r/sydneyand /r/brisbane as he is clearly unfit to be a moderator and we do not have the ability to do so. An alternative to complete removal as a Mod I would like to suggest is that he might be moved to the bottom of the Moderator lists in /r/brisbane and /r/sydney. I am not happy to have to request this, but for the smooth running of each of the subs, /r/australia /r/brisbane and/r/sydney, having this 'Sword of Damocles' is not at all constructive.
