Why do no CFS specialists admit that you can permanently damage yourself by a crash?

I had a very longstanding fatigue. I thought it was nothing serious till I crashed thrice. Could barely walk for more than 30 minutes and was feeling significantly low. Luckily I found out about megadosing thiamine and it helped me greatly. Trust me it worked for me. As it turns out people with chronic fatigue have oxidative stress induced inactivation of PDH(pyruvate dehydrogenase) enzyme, which leads to lower energy production; and transketolase which is needed to produce antioxidants and many more enzyme become inefficient. This pile up of oxidative stress also damages the mitochondria. Other downstream effects are GI/digestive issues, dysautonomia, depression, anxiety, low tolerance to carbohydrates.

the causes - stressful event in life, high carb diets, diabetes, long standing thiamine deficiency, etc.

megadosing thiamine helps to reactivate those enzymes and restore their function, which is much beyond just adressing thiamine deficiency.

here's a video that explains in detail. Please do watch it as it has been of immense effect on me and would love to see more fellow CFS patients recovering!

Can ketogenic/carnivore diet fix chronic thiamine deficiency?

and here is my recovery story.
