[No Spoilers]Just finished Inquisition. What next?

Mass Effect will definitely be up your alley, as will other games from Bioware.

If you like Star Wars, you will love Bioware's "Knights of the Old Republic" and its sequel. The second game was developed by Obsidian but is honestly equally good.

Baldur's Gate is one of Bioware's earliest games, and it's an isometri D&D crpg, but the story is honestly fantastic. It's a bit ages, but it has a plethora of amazingly written mods for it - so if you love a good story (like, really really good), great quests, romances, and character developments, it'll be right up your alley with the rest of Bioware games.

Jade Empire, also from Bioware, is a fantastic standalone game based on ancient China (or so)with one of the best twists in a game that I've ever seen. Cole, in Inquisition, actually references it!

Planescape Torment is an old game, but it is considered one of the best RPGS of all time. It's also a D&D game but it is very heavy on the rpg element. Not from Bioware, but from Black Isle (I think...), a company that worked closely with them.

This is, at least, the games that fall in the "Bioware rpg" category. If you're more into the combat based rpgs (that are relatively light on character relationships, for example) you may enjoy, as others have suggested, Pillars of Eternity, a modern crpg, the Divinity games (I honestly really enjoyed the Divinity 2 as well as Divinity II: Ego Draconis, where you kind of get to play a polymorphing dragon...), and perhaps even Bethesda games, especially the Elder Scrolls. Those focus on open-world environments (you probably know Skyrim) but you play with a single protagonist, not a party, and character interactions are rather secondary.
