Im going to try hard mode for 90 days. I dont think ive ever gone 2 weeks without masturbating, and now im doing it upwards of once a day ever since surgrey. I had surgrey on my chest May 24th (nuss procedure) and I havnt been able to do anything physical like ride my bike or even lift anything above 10 pounds till Aug 23rd. Porn and masturbation has taken a huge effect on my life, is pretty much every aspect. I have a great family. A great life. And wonderful talents and things I enjoy. But masturbation has really taken its toll, and pretty much all the symptoms of porn addiction are efffecting me. From now on, cheers to a better life and getting closer to the Lord.
