Oh come on. Dude only made that claim after people started criticizing his performance and asking why he didn't talk more. If you were participating in an important debate and your mic wasn't working, wouldn't you make a comment about it during the debate. Like, "hey, the mic doesn't appear to be working. Can we get this fixed?" Plus, the candidates were all really close to eachother. Wouldn't the dudes surrounding you hear you speaking, regardless of whether or not your mic was picking you up? Why didn't any of them comment on him talking all the time but not being projected?
