JM Blakley's - improving tricep pushdowns

Why isn't straight-armed pulling emphasized more often, for isolating that portion of the triceps group?

pull overs for long head have been a thing for awhile. Paul Carter pushed them hard long ago. Even before he was famous (I think he called them pjr pullovers based on his username on intensemuscle back in the day).

People just seem to prefer OH tri movements instead. Probably because it is easier to program it on arm or push days. pull overs hit the lats and stuff to so for "splits," it is harder to know where to put it.

Place, pull overs can stress the fuck out of peoples shoulders.

Stright arm pulldowns usin ga cable don't get enough stretch in the tricep IME to be a useful exercise.
