Questions on John Meadows' Gamma Bomb: Alternatives with minimal equipment
So I decided to run Gamma Bomb, however I don't have a decent chunk of the prescribed equipment. I know it's not optimal, but am I completely destroying the program?
Dumbbell Press -> Barbell Press (My dumbbells only go up to 30lbs)
Decline bench leg raises -> Hanging leg raises
Machine Press -> Barbell Press
Machine fly -> Dumbbell Fly
Machine rear delts/reverse pec deck -> Uhh... DB rear delt flyes?
Lying leg curl -> I have no idea. RDLs?
Leg Press -> Barbell Squats
Flat dumbbell press -> Barbell bench
Machine side laterals -> DB laterals
Obviously John knows better than me, but work with what you have, right?
