4x10 Hyperextension, I felt I was gonna need to add weight. Nah just do them slower and more controlled. They're really gross.

4x6 dips, 6 is a PR and I hit that for 4 sets so congrats to me.

4x3 @ 60kg power snatch. These are really hard now I swear they never used to be. Like the first set is piss easy but they quickly get worse and harder

3x3 @ 80kg, 1x3 @ 90kg power clean. Again same thing, I pulled 130kg high enough to power it last week today, nowhere near. I assume I just need to work my conditioning/work capacity, but these lifts suck really bad.

Forgot to do pullups, tried to do them at the end and my arms said no. So did none. Will eat something and then do squats and BTN press and pulls.
