Obesity is major COVID-19 risk factor, says French chief epidemiologist

Most of my coworkers are overweight and I am pretty fit, “smile and nod” is my solution as well.

I’ve been skinny most of my life, but as I’ve grown older and have more access to bad foods/alcohol I’ve had to start working out and watching what I eat or else I’d start gaining fat. I have skin issues that make having fat uncomfortable (eczema/dry skin/allergies), so I try extra hard not to carry any extra fat.

So I don’t drink soda, don’t eat burgers, and limit my alcohol consumption.

But if I explain any of that, I’m the asshole.

I get constant comments about not eating enough food, even though I know I eat more than enough. I workout almost everyday just to stay normal.
