Agreed, as I said tho I’m not advocating anyone to do this I just wanted to get some others inputs but you are definitely right, this combo is a recipe for disaster and if done needs to be done as responsibly as possible. It would be ignorant to say that this combo is asking for death every time but it certainly is one of THE most dangerous out there. Although extremely dangerous, it definitely can still be done safely with proper dose adjustments. Honestly tho I wouldn’t even be on this combo if it weren’t for my kpin script because I would usually prefer opiates without them.

I respect your sentiments about not speaking about what you can do because we all know there are way too many people uneducated about drug interactions out there. If anything I was hoping this post would serve as a reason for those who are uneducated on the subject to educate themselves further
