Yeah that won't hold up in any court of justice.

"Rights aren't real. Laws aren't real" If you remove yourself from society and civilization, live in the jungle or roam free waters perhaps you can claim this defense but yeah right now you can't.

The people who are playing devils advocate have no idea how insulting it is to our ancestors who did not enjoy the universal human rights as we do now. The structures of oppression that denied other humans rights based on race , gender and other differentiating factors. Generations of people who died fighting to uphold these rights and protect people from oppression. Even for trivial reasons joking about such things is ignorant if not agreeing to the principle.
