I agree with you. I think the first officer was totally fine. He explained all his actions and I would ask the guy to put his gun down too and he probably has to cuff him. The rest is really aggressive assuming he had ID to show them. The video doesn't show him with the ID at all so I think that's the ONLY reason they would have any cause to keep him cuffed while they searched the house for a body or something. You never know nowadays, somebody might kill a homeowner and then just take over their house, acting like it's theirs. No reason to take him outside though. The man was in his briefs. I realize that's all a big stretch but that's the only reason I could come up with for the cops taking him out and searching the place. Personally, I still think the second officer was just being a dick.
