Being pro choice and pro life isn't as simple as "yeetus the fetus". I despise the idea of abortions and would rather prevent them as much as possible, but I'm completely pro choice. It should be an option for situations where it needs to be safely done, and abortion rates don't increase when it's legal.

Similar reason to why I believe drugs should be legalized; I have no intention of doing it myself, nor letting anybody close to me do so, but it's better to have it legal and regulated for cases where it's necessary or if people truly want to use it, than fund cartels that skin faces off cop's children for a living. More good comes from restricted legalization than from complete banning.
