It's a 50/50, she might be trying to get back in. Or, more likely, she might genuinely care about your family.

That's the thing about breakups, if there wasn't any acrimony in the breakup or the relationship, they don't hate you. They might actually feel like you're their best friend when they end things, but that they just don't see the relationship going any further.

In either case, if you want to give things another shot you reply. It's been over six months, you might not be over her but it won't hurt that bad if things don't work out. If she wants you back, she'll move the conversation, and if she just cares about you and is checking in, you can always try to see if things can change (but don't push it too much).
