[Question] How much time in a day are normies able to live consciously (compared to addicts)?

Not completely on topic but I hope this might help. As someone with ADHD I think there may be some crossover with issues we may have. Things like being organised, disciplined and making goals do not come to us naturally and we have to teach ourselves it in a far more direct method than most people seem to. If my brain had its way I think I'd spend 99% of my time planetting away unconsciously and never getting really easy but necessary tasks like organising myself or even just buying food finished. I also fail at these tasks often and beat myself up a lot. You might not be as bad but for someone who has been an addict maybe there are similarities in that the brain is not used to thinking that way?

Anyway I was going to suggest if you're trying to become better at consciousness throughout the day maybe try some guides for ADHD people- the stuff really is useful across the board I reckon and is more useful to me than the "just focus" strategy I see in a lot of discipline guides. For me it really helped to have everything made really easy for me. If you're interested just reply and I'll send you some of the links to things I use to help.
