Quick recommendations for building an aesthetic male body

That picture doesn't look exceptional because you grew surrounded by pictures of guys who were using lots of steroids.

You are distinguishing "the steroid look" from the "non steroid look" by looking for the type of striation and obvious vascularity we see in your picture.

But this is actually the "moderate steroid look" vs "the extreme steroid look". You won't see modern pictures of the non-steroid look. Why? Because no one considers it worth pointing a camera at, anymore.

What does it look like?

It looks like this: http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51tkxb4LzcL._SX342_.jpg

That's Peter Lupus. He was born in 1932, and he took a lot of "vitamins and suppliments", but no Trenbolone, because it wasn't available.

That picture is what you will look like if you work your tail off for most of your life "natty". That's why gear users laugh their asses off when pictures like this: http://i1099.photobucket.com/albums/g386/zinapapag/kenyattaw3fx9.jpg pop up on a GIS for "natural bodybuilder".

Bitch, I can tell just by looking at you that this is a fuckin' lie. You know why? Because NOBODY looked like that before the 70s. You expect you to believe that forty years ago men suddenly got a whole lot more talented at lifting heavy shit? I do not fucking think so.

And testing clean means nothing. It just means you found a way to beat the test (and there are designer steroids like "the cream" that do just that), or you simply aren't using right now.

I had one bodybuilder try to tell me he was "all natural" and the guy had stretch marks on his fucking biceps. Bitch, don't insult my intelligence.

Bodybuilders lie about steroids the way women lie about their partner counts. But if you wanna look like GLO, you better be prepared to take not just test-c, but tren and probably some deca and masteron as well. Stay the fuck away from DNP or insulin, though.
