First, I have 2 accounts. One that is old that I haven't used in a long time (4+ years) and another one that I created for the sole purpose so I could play Civ V. The old account is associated with an email address that I can't access anymore because I am locked out of both that and its recovery email address.

For whatever reason I decided to do this, I logged out of my steam account and tried to sign into the old account for old times sake, see if I could still get in. I am told that I need to input a code that is send to my email account which I can't access. This makes me think that I can access it with a little bit of help from steam support...

I filed out a steam support ticket after creating a whole new account just for steam support and not my steam account. I explain in the ticket that I want to access it and mention how I can't access the email on the account anymore. I provide necessary proof to show them that I am the account owner.

I then tried to sign back into my newest steam account. I signed in KNOWING that I used the right username and password and it didn't log me in. After numerous failed attempts, I click the I forgot my password link.

I put in my username, and email address and I got the same result: There is no account with that email address. I tried my only other email address and same result.

Now they tell me I used the maximum amount of recovery chances I have, please try again later.

I finally try my cell phone. They say, there is an account with that number on it. I click, Send me a Code, link, but....ERROR IN SENDING CODE, TRY AGAIN LATER.

At that point, I exploded

This is ongoing, and I'm still getting the same god damn messages.

Now I am locked out of both my accounts, and I can't play CIV V!!!!!!

How can I get my account recovered?!? Please someone help

How long is their version of 'later'? Its been a while and they still say I've exceeded the maximum number of recovery attempts
