its probably incredibly rare for this to happen for no reason. however, this happening for racist reasons is pretty common and is pretty much the heritage of American law enforcement.

But, if there's a reason, there how exactly is it because of racism? Police aren't your local black hunters who just go around randomly searching for a black person to shoot. If there is a reason that isn't related to race, then how can you claim it's because of racism.

But in all seriousness, that has nothing to do with 'white rage'. It's a statement of fact according to DOJ and Bureau of Justice crime statistics. Black men commit a majority of violent crime in the United States, despite accounting for only 7% of the total population.

In fact, they're more of a threat to eachother than any potentially racist police officer will ever be.

affirmative action reform is a fringe issue. first of all it benefits white women the most, and 99% of college students aren't competing for slots where it primarily gets used anyway.
