Racist shirt at the University of Cape Town

I really see this kind of racism as teenage "soEDGY!"

The problem with our current culture is that black racism is considered "okay" - even acceptable and, in many cases, funny.

It breeds a culture of hate - and we teach in schools that "white people were mean to black people a long time ago and so our current generation should feel some sense of shame."

MOST OF US were born after slavery - we had nothing to do with it.

Most of us were born after segregation - we learned about it, but it sounded nuts.

Now I understand, if there was a story like "darktussin, your great grandfather was a slave", I might be like, "woah", but no more than if someone said, "darktussin, your great grandfather was in a prisoner during vietnam"

I wouldn't instantly hate vietnamese people... it's ridiculous.

Most of us may have known sort of racist old white dude - some guy that would drop the n word. Most of us probably uncomfortably averted our gazes as we know that's unacceptable.

My friend's dad used to say racist shit all the time, and he was probably an actual racist. As a kid, I looked down on him for this. As an adult, I still do.

Racism is simply this: childish, inane, and stupid.

The real problem is people living up to stereotypes - black kids growing up in gangs and literally shooting people, dealing drugs, etc.

Black people growing up to hate the "racist whites" - ironically becoming that which they hate themselves. YOU HAVE TO SEE THE IRONY - YOU MUST. You can't be so stupid and blind that you don't see that you literally ARE the racist white guy - if you are a black guy who wears a shirt that says "kill all whites", you might as well put on a white hood and robe and join up - you are just as fucking retarded.

I hope that people realize that actual racism is literal stupidity.
