Radical Acceptance by Tara Brach, PhD

I am. I'm Bipolar and at one point was diagnosed schizo. I didn't do anything around age 19-20 because I was put on zombie drugs and warehoused. After my meds were lowered and my illness downgraded I moved states and acquired additional diagnoses on other cluster. I got diagnosed with PDD-NOS (which is ASD) and and Mixed Personality Disorder (subclinical traits of other personality disorders). My best relationship with with someone with BP1, BPD, ASD, and recovering from methamphetamine addiction. It wasn't the most stable relationship. It ended because she relapsed.

I'm confused though. Google says 1 in 42 but 1 in 189 women are ASD. It's weird because I've met so many outside of the MH system and they're supposedly so rare. Like 0.6% of the population. I visited two girls two weeks ago in a city 90mi away and knew one had ASD but was surprised the other one is ASD too. Mostly because shes in the BDSM community as a Brat. It really seems like half of the ASD women are averse to that and the lther half are really into Kink stuff. I suppose there's clear rules, clear roles, comforting restraints and extreme physical sensations m. So they would enjoy it I guess. I'm far too fearful of losing control to wanna dominate anyone like that.

Then just this past weekend I met a non-binary girl who had very similar tendencies to the one who plays the brat and the addict with BPD. Shrill with a sense of humor seems to be the way it goes . They also seem to be highly verbal. The one with PDDNOS is a writer and the other ones all enjoy wordplay and snappy banter. Whereas other women often don't get it or they think it's corny.
