9 week update since starting Clomid.

To probably no surprise on anyone on this board I am not really feeling any benefits to using Clomid. There hasn't been physical or mental benefits and my erections have gotten noticeable weaker and less sensitive. Is there any chance that clomid is supposed to work gradually? My Dr. still would like me to keep up the same exact prescirption based of lab results shown below. So my question is, is my estrogen level too high? My next check up is 3 months from now, which seems like an eternity. Is there any lab results numbers that are alarming? Or if I had these type of numbers, but using injections, would this be the ideal range?
