Rant Wednesday

Seconding r/Nsuns. My suspicion would be you're missing something somewhere. I'm 150lbs and doing a successful mini-cut on 1800 calories.

I think you're missing something, somewhere. Something you drink. Cooking oil. Using cooked nutritional values for things you've weighed raw. Using an entry with incorrect calories for something you eat on the regular. Wiping out your average deficit with a weekly cheat meal/cheat day.

Other theories;
1. You're weighing yourself inconsistently and infrequently. Weight fluctuates. I weighed myself Monday and I was 153lbs. I weighed myself this morning and I was 149lbs. Best bet is to weigh yourself first thing in the morning, every morning, post-piss and pre doing anything else.

  1. You barely move outside of lifting 4/5 times a week.

  2. Related to the water weight fluctuation. You're eating more carbs and or/salt than you were previously. Or you've started taking creatine. Or you've upped volume/increased a big novel gym stimulus.
