There are laws against murder. Are you okay with people who ignore that law? If "no", you're a hypocrite (and not worth discussing anything with because you don't bound yourself with logic), if "yes", your sentiment compromises YOUR moral worth.

Morality: principles concerning the distinction between right and wrong or good and bad behavior.

Moral worth: the extent to which one's past actions have been moral and likelihood that someones future actions will be moral.

Since the good and bad behaviors of society are literally defined by its laws, the actions of breaking and disregarding the law is not socially moral. Illegal immigration is immoral by the definition of moral.
