Absolutely not. The reason men are paid more than women is because the data compares raw average salaries, while refusing to take into consideration the types of jobs held by each gender and the average number of hours worked. When you control for those factors men only make 7% more than women. The last 7% percent is explained by women's unwillingness to negotiate for a higher salary. A recent study found that women refusing to negotiate during job interviews has caused a 7% disparity between the salaries of men and women, which is pretty remarkable considering that the 7% figure remained unexplained until this study took place. So, when you take into consideration the types of jobs worked by each gender, number of hours worked, and willingness to negotiate for a higher salary, there absolutely is no difference between the salaries of men and women.

However, even if women were still paid less after negotiating for a higher salary all that would prove is that women aren't very good negotiators. Negotiation takes place between two parties: the employer and the potential employee. Both parties have a responsibility to reach an agreement on how much the person will be paid. Spineless radical feminists are so fucking weak-minded that they place all the blame on employers and simply absolve women of all responsibility they have to negotiate a higher salary for themselves. They're hellbent on teaching the job makers to play nice, but they don't place any emphasis whatsoever on teaching women on how to be tougher in a work-environment. Like I've already said, they're weak-minded spineless little weasels and they need to learn that when you want something in this world, you fucking take it, you don't change the system so that the winners are forced to play nice just to give the losers a chance to play in the game. That's the exact definition of lowering the bar, and it's a huge hindrance to progress.

This whole "give-every-child-a-trophy-and-a-straight-A-report-card-so-they-don't-get -their-feelings-hurt" mindset is pathetic. There's a reason countries such as Singapore and South Korea are kicking our ass: they believe in hard-work and the principles of a meritocracy. They don't think you should lower the standards so traditionally under-performing groups don't have to put in any effort to improve themselves.
