Republicans Demand To Know What Happened To Vanishing GOP Millions

This...as a citizen of Florida, dumbing down and indoctrination are the long term strategies of Florida Republicans... they've been doing it since good ol'Jeb was governor. Just look at the 'teacher crisis ' in Florida 2022.. experienced, educated teachers are hearing their leaders say that veterans, first responders, etc. are more qualified and better suited for the classroom than they are.

I love veterans and first responders, but if I wanted to become a veteran, I would have to go through extensive training in an armed service. If I wanted to be a first responder/cop/para/fire, I would have to go through extensive training. As a teacher who lives in a 'military' area I have witnessed numerous military retirees go through the process of becoming educators who retire again after 10 years and receive the same benefits as a non-veteran teacher who works 20+ years. During that ten years, I have witnessed at my school a success rate of 2/10.

Sure, they worked for ten years, but only two of those ten actually educated their students. if you are a principal, do you want to be known as the admin that fired a veteran? Two of my three boys had a teacher who was a veteran... not because they were a vet, but because they were a good educator.

This is just my experience/opinion etc... I'll just try to go to sleep and hopefully the "election police" won't come knocking. I could keep going, but I'm tired.
