Just to touch on some of your points. I was told the Executive Summary is a good idea to have from my course by Eazl?

For Cloud I have not done any projects, just put myself towards my AWS Certification, I should probably remove it from 'Expertise', but then I would have no way to market myself for Cloud Computing. I am learning about it and plan to take the Exam in Sept.

I do all of the points mentioned for SysAdmin at my current position.. I was told to keep my Expertise/Skills to 6 to keep it short and to the point and then use those points in my description of my previous jobs.

Grabbing a ton of related certs seems would cost a lot of money, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, etc.. are $300/ea.
