I started out at 326lbs

I agree it’s going to become a massive problem for this country, but it’s not the individuals fault. It’s lack of nutritional education, and really low standards for restaurants & food corporations. For example our country puts sugar in everything. Most people eat a simple food like yogurt and don’t even realize they’re consuming sugar. A product that normally wouldn’t have sugar in most European countries. It’s a problem that putting fat and sugar in everything is normalized. And what’s even more troubling is when we go out to eat with our friends & family, there’s no nutritional info. If you ask for nutritional info, they usually get annoyed at you for asking because it’s not listed on the menu.
