Is it safe not socially distancing anymore? No one here (Iowa, USA) is anymore, but I’ve been since March. I feel so lonely. Is it safe now?

Are you at risk? If not, you are likely perfectly fine. Even Fauci said asymptomatic transmission is likely very uncommon, and I could find a study backing him up on that.

People violate SD all the time without even realizing it. Ever had a co-worker say something you couldn't understand behind the mask? You'll both subconsciously step closer to hear eachother better.

It's fine. Keep those who are at risk safe. If you're healthy, you should focus on how to make it through the landfill of a world we're in now! Good luck man, and enjoy your life. If anybody has a problem with that it's their problem, they like spewing hate where they can hide behind a screen with no repercussions. The worries of strangers shouldn't be a main concern, but that's good that you saw it that way - just shows you care about others!
