Salt Lake City jogger stabs man who groped her during morning run

Man, this is something that I am on the fence about and understand both sides of the story.

Assuming this guys intention was to grope her then fuck yeah that’s great she stabbed him. But then thinking on the other side of things what if he wasn’t? Not an expert in neurological shit but I know it’s hard to remember stuff accurately when something traumatic happens (not saying this is the case here by any means). Maybe he was running too and was passing her on a narrow sidewalk and did a little touch on the back to say, “hey passing you on the left” or maybe he wanted to ask her a question idk. The argument there is don’t touch people if you don’t know them and sure that is correct but with no foul intention most people don’t think about it twice.

I mean she didn’t even give an accurate description of his face. We know he’s a white male between a kid as young as the main cast of stranger things or someone who is looking like an older man. I would at least think it’s a good idea to get a look at the person before you start swinging a blade that can kill someone with one swoop in the right place.

Conflicting too between her post and the news story. If you saw a shocked expression on his face how would you not know his age range? It’s pretty easy to determine if someone’s a kid or an adult. And there doesn’t seem to be any other reports of this happening so it could have been the first and hopefully the last time this guy will try this or it was just someone trying to get her attention.
