For the record I can't stand her, but I don't really understand the OP either. Since you want to know what she's talking about let me see if I can help:

Translation: The government is too big and big government requires big taxes to function. Big government hinders economic growth.

It's too big to succeed, so we can afford no retreads or nothing will change with the same people and the same (slur)policies,

Translation: Retread is when you put new treads on an old tire. So it seems she's saying we can't keep doing the same thing, putting new treads on the same old tire, we need to shake up the status quo.

that got us into this status quo another latin word status quo and it stands for, Man, the middle class everyday americans are getting taken for a ride, that's status quo and GOP leaders by the way, uh, ya know, the man, can only ride ya when your back is bent so strengthen it (laughter), then the man can't ride ya Merica won't be taken for a ride because so much is at stake and we can't afford politicians playin' games like nothing more is at stake than oh maybe just the next standing of theirs in the next election."

Translation: She says "another latin word", so maybe she used a different latin 'phrase' earlier in the speech - not sure. She basically is saying the political status quo in this country, and that includes the GOP leaders, is to say whatever it takes to win the next election. But they're taking us for a ride (bullshitting us) because they don't really give a damn about us, just winning that election. There's a lot at stake and don't let the same old tricks on both sides fool you (it's implied she's saying this about the democrats, but she added the GOP as well so she's trying to seem like a new type of candidate.)
