Second fight is of course the one with the Bat armor. Bats uses Kryptonite to weaken Supes and leaves him battered. He does a variation of the "man who beat you" speech."

so far so good.. no contradictions from this part in the new footage.. but then... later..

the problem being that it is obviously in the first described squabble with the batmobile from the clip snyder released today.
