Zay will never be Watkins calibre, and everyone but Bills' fans bathing in Kool-aid knows it was a bad trade. Jones making one good catch in preseason means he shall be anointed? Wtf?!

While tanking may not be McBeane's intent, it certainly seems that way. The Darby trade is no big deal, and probably a good idea considering the Watkins' trade. I mean, the entire Bills' secondary looks lost in the zone scheme. If the Bills say Darby was lost then it must have been bad.

On the other hand, the Watkins trade just moved the Bills up from a 3rd comp pick to a 2d pick one year early (Gaines adds nothing to a competitive secondary and really is the a one year thing in B-lo). Did you watch the Bills' offense, yesterday? It would have been better to Watkins on the Bills' team. In fact, not having Darby and Watkins on the roster makes this year's team WORSE, this year.

Lastly, happy to see Matthews is really contributing. And, Gaines on the 3rd string making an INT really makes up for it all...
