Simple Questions - November 09, 2016

me and my cousin built 2 desktops, mine was msi z170 gaming enthusiast m5 and his was asus z170-a.

Only issue we faced was a ram one whereby it shows that you can unlock the top side of the ram socket and not the bottom (thats how it is)

So cousin kept pushing the ram enough to click on top and not much on bottom as he felt like it was a manufacturing fault and did not want to damage the ram (since ram requires quite a good amount of force to click, he must have not put enough).

After troubleshooting a lot, i decided to see what he was scratching his head for and it seemed like both side required a good deal of pressure and presto it booted up great.

(we were awake for 2 days straight, 1st day waiting to get the parts and 2nd day building it, so our heads were not straight).

Im kind of jealous how many cool softwares asus have for different things such as fan control and such. also he reports that there has been no issue with it for him at all.

So its a thumbsup from him who has one.
