Socialists what incentive is there for anyone to invest their money in creating "means of production" if they don't have more ownership then workers who didn't invest?

Ok, China seems to have found a release valve for their Socialism. It’s still illegal to speak against the state in China, China also murdered millions under Pol Pot so the public has ample incentive to stay complacent. This complacency has cost China though all the decades it took to wrangle their people into a docile state, left China behind technologically. Which is why they’ve come out with state mandated “domination through information” they steal and reverse engineer all the tech they can get their hands on the cost of Socialism and the Cost of low flow free market that’s not ideal or inspiring for entrepreneurs to pursue ideas.

All that aside the base worker level Chinese are workers that equate to borderline slaves. Putting nets on buildings and stairwells to stop suicide jumpers. The people who do t love in major metropolitan areas are living in squalor, community building lucky to have basic utilities. Lateral economic mobility is basically non-existent unless you score high enough on test throughout your schooling to be placed as an engineer etc.
