Even in the West rape is heavily under-reported so I imagine that outside of the west there is no accurate way of knowing which country actually has the highest number of rapes. Papua New Guinea, India and South Africa are countries we've heard from because there have been protests against rapes there and prominent figures have spoken out regarding the issue but just yesterday I read about mass rapes in Iraq where clerics have been selling kids as young as 9 years old for sex. I've heard of similarly horrific incidents from all over the world including a spate of child rapes in Pakistan.

We need better statistics from every country including in the West (Although were a lot better at reporting and record keeping than are other regions) before we can estimate the true scope of the issue.
