Started out investing with just a few hundred bucks about 5 months ago. I am now addicted.

Your post title is misleading.

If someone starts with $100, then adds $100,000 to their account, and then it grows to $102,100 and then they post a screen shot of the $102,100 and title the post “started with $100, look at me now. I’m addicted” without mentioning they also added their own funds between the initial $100 and the final $102,100 like you did, then I would ask them why they were being misleading as well.

It just looks like you were intentionally misleading with the post title to help karma farm upvotes or because you’re the type that just naturally exaggerates everything anyways or for whatever reason. And then once you were asked about it- you didn’t acknowledge how it could be misleading and just made excuses, “well I meant this and I meant that”.

All I’m saying is don’t say “ I meant this or that”. Own up to to her shit. Say “yeah I can see how that’s extremely misleading - while I did start with just a few hundred, I did end up investing more down the line”.

It’s just integrity man. And if you didn’t intentionally post in a misleading way on purpose then, then at least take the time to see how it is and acknowledge that instead of making excuses.
