Now, you were either in a desperate rush to find something to refute what I said or you just don’t understand what that means. It means it’s the money Indian citizens had to spend because they weren’t covered by the govt.
This is the govt. expenditure, in % and total spend. The fact that healthcare got progressively more expensive is a sign of inflation and govt. failure to keep basic costs low:
