Supreme Court Today Mulls Whether Bakers Can Be Forced to Make Gay Wedding Cakes

This is a pretty open and close case for libertarians.

  1. Positive rights do not exist. You have no right to the life, actions, or property of others.

The only rights you have are Negative Rights and they are not granted to you by anyone or any government. The government is in place to protect your Negative rights, or Rights that require inaction by others.

  1. legally protected classes should be abolished and all people should be treated equally

All people are 100% equal in all aspects of life. No group of people can justly claim more rights over other groups.

  1. There should be no double standard in the law when it comes to Individual Rights, and Business Rights.

If an individual can voluntarily associate for any reason, then a business can do the exact same.
