T-Mobile truck location in Houston??

Does anybody know if I can port a number out of TMO to say Google Voice (cancelling the line ) and then go to a truck event & Add A new line by porting the now Google Voice Line back into TMO & qualify for the 20% Hookup?

The Line was cancelled before going to the Hook Up Truck Event, I am adding a New line at the event & I am porting a number back into TMO.

So what would disqualify me from getting the 20% Hook Up?

Is there a certain time frame :30, 60 , 90 days etc that the system would recognize that the ported number was once a TMO number & disqualify you ?

I have read the rules of the Hook Up & only says Must Port in a number for new Customers & Existing Customers can add a line & then to maintain the 20% Discount Hook Up Line must remain active (number change allowed). Nothing even says that lines added before Hook Up or lines added after must stay active. Only Hook Up Line must remain active.

So back to my question. What would disqualify me from porting/ cancelling a line today & then in future go to Truck Event & port that number back in as added new line & Get the 20% Hookup.

Any TMO reps in the House that can answer?

Thanks
