lease changed to month to month back in June. I already sent in notice to not renew, didn’t work out the way i planned :/ the excuse for the last couple months is they can’t find anything and they have applied to places. Complained to caseworker several times and they won’t budge. Spoke to my tenants SEVERAL times about the property and upkeep and my expectations. I went in recently to check on my central air system and realized nothing has changed and it’s getting worse. It’s like they’re not ashamed.. even when i give them X amount of days notice that i will be entering to do my maintenance. Based on the advice i gathered i can’t do this myself and have to get a lawyer at this point :/ I was too nice in the beginning so i believe the tenants think i want go thru with eviction but i will tbh.
