Terrorist attack in Uptown

The vast majority of such incidents have not been terrorism or aggressive actions by motorists at all. We've seen like 50 of these in a row where a crowd attacks a motorist. Usually its just a car accident or someone trying to escape a mob. We nearly had hundreds or a thousand people killed on the I35 bridge last year, because people swarmed onto an active roadway and a semi driver only managed to slam on his brakes just in time when he saw the crowd while going over the hill. And they dragged him out of his vehicle and beat and robbed him, too. Despite his fast action saving hundreds of lives.

We don't have details right now to say one way or the other. All we know is that a vehicle collided with a woman, and the crowd attacked the driver. The woman is in critical condition and the driver is in unspecific condition, but was pictured on the ground with a pool of blood around his head
