The military has been doing fine. Every goddamn year it's the same story about how this or that is ruining the military. It's been that way as long as anyone can remember, and yet magically we're all still alive.

Remember the gnashing and wailing of teeth when the drill sergeants couldn't hit the recruits anymore? Oh goodness, it was the end of the world then too.

Relatively few women have been allowed to serve on the front line, but those that have have managed just fine. Many of Russia's best snipers in WW2 were women, yet they had far more male snipers. Wacky. Maybe over focusing on one aspect causes you to miss others, like how women appear to be more accurate than men. Carrying your wounded buddy is great, shooting the guy that wounded him before he could get the shot off is better.

Keeping an open mind rarely hurts, despite how.... loud many get.

Don't believe me? The IDF doesn't seem to think sex is a good enough reason, and I hear they're pretty fucking competent. In fact women are 31% of the soliders, but 51% of the officers! Apparently they're better leaders to boot.
