Is there a way to unlock Kakuka K70 20 MPH limit?

Sorry to coming up to this thread a month late. I was looking for the same information, but I see this on the official page:

*In Europe, most e-bikes are limited to speeds of up to 25 km/h (15.5 mph). Therefore Kakuka provide the option to change the limited speed.

When the bike exceeds the setting speed, the controller will stop the outputting of the motor to protect the riders. The optional speed setting range from 12 km/h to 32 km/h. The default Max speed is 32 km/h.

Please press UP and DOWN to change the value, then pressing Mode to confirm,entering into the next setting.*

So I guess the unlock is already a physical part of the bike. Do you have the bike to confirm this?
