Thoughts on Christians & Covid

I can see how it can be construed that way. But we could say the same resemblance exists with drivers licenses. A drivers license brings with it certain freedoms not there for those without it. But it is also a practical way that seeks to ensure the people sharing the roads with us aren't a danger to others on the road. We know many of those in positions of leadership within Christian society are smart individuals. Smart enough to accrue sometimes significant amounts of wealth. Surely they must also be smart enough to understand what are basic concepts to do with this virus. And what are basic and the only available measures we have to save lives and help fight the spread of a deadly plague. The enemy is very smart indeed if it is his work to have Christians acting in a way that is akin to fighting for their right to carry and spread this plague and bring about the destruction of society. And acting in a way that is closing more and more minds to anything Christians have to say. Jesus seemed to embrace the idea of healing the sick. We know the lord helps those who help themselves. In these masks and vaccines and the efforts to fight this plague, we have a way to help ourselves. To prevent great sickness to many.
