Thoughts on Fidelity Wealth Services?

They have two strikes with me. I like to sample different services. Put a little skin in the game and learn all I could about what they have to offer.

Their first two strikes came from them dropping the balls. Strike one, meeting scheduled, then they denied that there's an appointment. Strike two, another office, meeting scheduled, went well, then got ghosted. Their final chance, I had an advisor who is a better sales person then money manager. He put me in 2 programs for tax advantaged managed program for an investment account and bucket of index fund for an IRA account. Fees are inline with the products offered.

After I inquired about FIRE planning, my advisor freely admit that's beyond his tool set and connected me with their eMoney account manager. I like that they have a fairly powerful tool for FIRE planning that include Monte Carlo sim that takes into account tax implications. Unfortunately, it's a tool only driven by the advisor and I can't get my hands on it to run scenarios.

I want to get more out of their FIRE planning tool and see a proposed withdrawal strategy and evaluate if I'm getting value from this included service. Investment wise, I tracked all my self and professionally managed portfolios and they are not my top performer. I'm on the fence about this eMoney wealth management program. I guess we'll see at my next appointment.
