Less than perfect day. Gotta say that this year pretty much sucks, and it got to me today. Cases in my postcode keep on climbing, Gladys press conference is a major downer with her government's attitude that WE are the problem every single day (Queensland conference is much kinder), and I have only left the house 4 times including getting my long booked vaccine since the council lockdown. I'm seriously doubting I'll have a job soon even though I'm reduced to 2 days pay as I know my workplace is struggling given all employees are in lockdown council areas and only bosses are there and turnover is down. Navigating government websites to access support, vaccine record has been a nightmare along with dodgy NBN that keeps losing internet access. I struggle mental health issues at the best of times, and this stress of govt, lockdown, work, family and finances has, like many, near the max.

I think a good glass of wine is in order. Surely it can't be worse tomorrow.
